Children who turn six (6) years old within the 2025 calendar year are eligible to apply for first-grade admission at Usum School.
The admission process will take place from February 5 to March 15.
Follow these steps:
1. Online Registration: Applications must be submitted exclusively online.
2. Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee of 6 000 AMD must be paid to “Usum” LLC ( ID Bank, Account No. 11817098935400). Registration is only complete once all fields in the provided link are filled out and the fee is paid.
3. Assessment Course: Registered applicants will participate in a two-day special course that evaluates their basic knowledge and psychological-behavioral readiness.
4. Ranking System: A ranking scale will be created based on the points accumulated during the course.
5. Notification and Enrollment: In April, parents or legal representatives will receive an email notification regarding the admission results. If accepted, they will be invited to the school to sign the educational service agreement.
6. Priority Consideration: Usum School will give priority for those applicants who are:
siblings of our current students,
kids of school coworkers.
7. School Tours: Parents may visit the school’s three buildings for a tour on Mondays and Tuesdays in February between 10:00 AM and 11:00 PM (no prior appointment required).
8. Building Assignment Priorities: When assigning students to school buildings, priority is given based on:
1) Whether the applicant has siblings or parents working in a specific building.
2) The proximity of the applicant’s residence to the building.
3) The parent's preference, if the classes are not filled based on points 1st and 2nd.
9. Paid services: Based on the Government of the Republic of Armenia’s Decision No. 137-N, dated February 2, 2023, the school offers the following paid services:
1) compulsory general education, including extended-day schooling,
2) student transportation services,
3) students meal organization,
4) extracurricular education, including excursions and educational study visits,
5) additional general education programs,
6) additional classes of computer programs and foreign languages.

Admission for students entering grades 2-4 is subject to availability and will only take place if vacancies arise due to student movement.
The process includes:

3. Notification and Testing: If vacancies are available, registered applicants will receive an invitation to take the assessment at Usum School.
4. Knowledge Assessment: Applicants will undergo an assessment covering the following subjects:
1) The Armenian Language
2) Maths
3) The Russian Language
4) The English Language
5. Notification and Enrollment: Parents will be notified of the results via email.
6. Վճարովի ծառայություններ: ՀՀ կառավարության 2023 թ․ փետրվարի 2-ի N 137-Ն որոշման հիման վրա դպրոցն իրականացնում է կամ կարող է իրականացնել հետևյալ վճարովի ծառայությունները.
1. պարտադիր հանրակրթություն, ներառյալ երկարօրյա ուսուցման կազմակերպում,
